OVERVIEW: Greater Foods is a cheese packaging facility which
previously supplied products to the Las Vegas Casinos, Foodservice distributors
and
Industrial Accounts throughout the United States, with primary focus being
in the
Southwestern United States. Originally founded in early 2000 under the names
A&J
Foods of Las Vegas and International Cheese Blends, Greater Foods has differentiated
itself by being the largest packager of cheese products within the State of
Nevada.
THE OPERATING FACILITY: Food products are warehoused in a 24,000 sq.
ft. facility
consisting of approximately 3,600 sq. ft. dry goods storage, 5,500 sq. ft.
cooler storage, and
2,800 sq. ft. freezer storage. Food processing takes place in the 2,700 sq.
ft. processing room
and is received in a 6,600 sq. ft. receiving space. The facility also has
2,800 sq. ft. of office space.
