CMA is soliciting competing offers for one or more assets consisting of motor vehicles remaining from
the operations of S.R. Bray, Inc. Each asset group consists of a cross section of mid 80's thru 2007,
light, medium and heavy duty trucks, including pick-ups, utility beds, flatbeds, service trucks, wire reel
trucks, pole trucks, truck tractors and trailers. Seven groups of motor vehicles will be auctioned.
CMA has already received a written offer from a prospective puchaser in the amount of $400,000.00
for all seven asset groups. The aggregate of all overbids and unsold vehicles must result in CMA receiving or retaining more than $440,000.00 in value for alll the motor vehicles.

Qualified bids must be accompanied by a good-faith deposit of no less than 20% of bid offer, which is subject to forfeiture if awarded bidder fails to close within the time frame outlined in the terms and conditions. Qualified Bids must also satisfy other terms provided in the terms and conditions governing the sale. |
