Credit Managers Association of California ("CMA") is soliciting competing offers for a bulk sale of all the assets, in one block, of Health eConnex, Inc., a leading outsourcing service provider of mission critical electronic data interchange (EDI) and e-commerce enabling technologies. The assets include but are not limited to Inventory, Chattel Paper, Accounts Receivable ($238,981.22), Contract Rights, Office Equipment, Office Furnishings and General Intangibles. All assets will be sold by Order of the Secured Creditor, National Data Systems, Inc., pursuant to Illinois Commercial Code section 9-610 et. seq., according to highest or otherwise best offer received.
