MANUFACTURING PLANT AUCTION CANCELLED
Substantially all of the assets that were to be auctioned were sold in bulk to National Retail Equipment Liquidators, Inc. (“NREL”), of Kentwood, Michigan, pursuant to rights reserved by CMA in its Notice of Auction. NREL has announced that it will conduct negotiated sales of substantially all of the advertised inventory commencing on January 21 and continuing on January 22. Items will be offered in units of piece, feet or in bulk to the highest bidder. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all on-site purchases. A 13.5% buyer’s premium will apply to all online sales. A $500.00 cash refundable deposit will be required to register for the auction. 25% cash deposit required to secure purchases, balance to be paid within 48 hours after acceptance of bid. Payment must be made in cash, cashier’s check, certified check or wire transfer (First Bank, Inc., 865 Howe Avenue, Suite 310, Sacramento, California, CMA Auction Services Account Number 4150-007535, AB Number 0810-0942-8) payable to CMA, no personal or company checks accepted without a bank letter of guarantee. Full payment must be made before removal of purchase. Items will be sold on an as-is basis without any warranty or representation whatsoever. All sales are final.
