Manufacturing Facility
Consisting of a state of the art 18,000 square foot Class 100 clean room. Equipment includes; K&S wire bonders, August auto-inspection system, pick and place/die attach machines, wet benches, Fine Focus x-ray machine, Wentworth auto and manual probe stations, SSEC hermetic seam sealer, Unitek laser welder, computer controlled stages by Newport and Physik Instruments, optical tables by Newport, Trio-tech centrifuges, Nikon microscopes, SST vacuum furnace and many custom fabrication stations by Accufab. Complete set of clean room furniture including tables, chairs, shelves and desiccators.

Final Test
Consisting of optical test equipment, Blue-M & Tenney thermo-cycling chambers, Veeco helium leak detection and Fujikura fusion splicing equipment.

Reliability & Failure Labs
Featuring Phillips Electron Microscope (ESEM), thermo-cycle units and inspection equipment.

• Furniture Fixtures and Office Equipment:
  The assets include office furniture, fixtures, office equipment and computers located in the 80,000 square foot adjoining office facility set up for approximately 425 employees. Computer and servers for the operation are housed in an onsite data center.
  
• Product Specific Raw Materials and Work-in-process:
  Consisting of MEMS switch componentry, subsystems, ribbon fiber (8 ribbon fiber by Alcoa/Fujikura), Covar and Stainless Steel hermetic packaging.
